I founded Arctic Stone Ireland, growing it from a market stall to a successful acquisition. I also served as Head of Strategy at All About Kombucha and co-founded Edible Cutlery Ireland. My awards include DLR Young Entrepreneur of the Year (twice) and Best Start-Up Award.
